How it Works

The Physical Intelligence Node connects the physical and digital worlds of retail.

It sits inside stores, instantly identifying and authenticating traded in products, then determining their next best route: resale, repair, recycling, or recovery. This single interaction transforms trade-ins into valuable data; captured, analysed and custom-formatted by the Pentatonic platform. It provides visibility into how products were used, worn, or loved, and generates measurable insights that inform design, manufacturing, and customer experience.
